Terms of Service

Last updated: October 21, 2026

These terms cover your use of TrialGuard (trialguard.app). By forwarding an email to TrialGuard or buying Plus, you agree to them.

What TrialGuard does

TrialGuard reads the trial emails you forward to it and emails you a reminder before the trial is expected to turn into a paid charge. TrialGuard does not cancel subscriptions, contact the companies you subscribe to, or access your bank or card accounts.

Reminders are best effort

We read dates automatically, and emails are sometimes unclear. Always check the date in your confirmation email and fix it if it's wrong. Email can be delayed or filtered as spam. TrialGuard isn't responsible for charges from other companies, including charges you meant to avoid. You're responsible for cancelling trials you don't want.

Your account

Your account is the email address you forward from. Only forward emails you have the right to share, and don't use TrialGuard to send email to other people. We may limit or close accounts that abuse the service.

Plans and billing

Free covers up to 3 active trials. Plus costs $3.99 a month or $29 a year, billed by Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel Plus at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing us; it stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Changes and availability

We may change or discontinue features. If we change these terms in a material way, we'll update this page and the date above.

Liability

TrialGuard is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
